Luckily I remember seeing this achievement when the mission popped up in the game. The bad news is I was not prepared for it. Also can definitely 100% confirm that Higgins can still easily screw you over. Also if you get an 'unlucky day' where the Dee Dee Transport Commission is worth more than the others Higgins is about 90% more likely to take it. I reloaded my game five or six times and he screwed me over every time. I got really lucky and for some reason when I reloaded once he did not come to the office and take anything for whatever reason. That was on a Friday so I got really lucky.

Also something that is a little bit of help is you really only need to 'rush' to get four. As long as you can finish your fourth transport by whatever morning it is you are on you can take the last commission yourself and he cannot take it. May not be obvious to all.

Looks like i missed it. After I turned in my 3rd vehicule, there was still 2 commissions left. I picked up number 4, crafted it and turned it in the next morning, I then went to get the 5th one and it was gone. :( So turned in 1 first day, 2 the second day, 1 in morning of 3rd day and it wasn't fast enough to get the 5th one. Ridiculous!!

Guide helped a bunch, thanks! Had to do this on my second playthrough cuz I didn't notice to do the rat cave on Thursday part, and Higgins wouldn't give me a break lol. This achievement should be first priority for anyone starting the game looking to 100% in 1 run. I had all my deedee's built and ready to go by time the commissions came up, handed them all in within a minute. Took maybe 6-8 hours from startup, focusing only on gathering what I needed for this achievement.

Higgins can f*ck everyone up, but there's a trick to this so he can't take any assignments, and that's just before he takes an assignment, you stop him with talk over and over again until the clock strikes 9am, then Higgins walks away. will turn around and leave without taking anything

Does anyone know what triggers these quests to start? I'm trying to stay super early game to avoid them showing up while I collect all the mats I need.

Do you have to finish specific story quests or does it start to show up after a certain number of days regardless of what you do?

@KiRRAYNE, "The Cave on Amber Island" I believe. Build some before hand, and try to make it happen in the weekend when he doesn't take quests
